    I have begun a story. One that- HANDS FUCKING DOWN -I will publish. (unlike some other *ahem* writings I *ahem* never *ahem-hem* will...) ANYWAY, It's a twist on Alice in Wonderland (by Lewis Carrol). It's got pirate vigilantes (who main character, Alice travels with), beasties she and the crew come across, and (BECAUSE I LIKE SPACE) everything takes place in the endless COSMOS! So, islands are substituted with planets, the ships' sails use solar wind/ energy (which is what creates the northern lights), and there's a legendary, space-living monster that swallows suns and releases nebula from it's SPACE GILLS.
